Our undergraduate air traffic management program offers students exceptional training and state-of-the-art air traffic control simulators to enhance and reinforce classroom study.
You will learn air traffic control procedures and operations in tower, Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON) facilities and en route environments. You will gain a strong background in aircraft operations, management skills and business principles through coursework specific to
air traffic control. After graduation, you will have the necessary skills to be a controller with the Federal Aviation Administration among other career possibilities.
The Air Traffic Management major provides a technical foundation in air traffic control procedures and operations that ensure safe, orderly and swift flow of aircraft traffic on the ground and in the air.
